Technique-first philosophyA serious cricketing home for Jharkhand's next generation — built on discipline, technique and honest, coach-led hours in the nets.
A ground is where you play. An academy is where you get built. RPCA is a standard — coach-led and honest — for cricketers who intend to go further than the next weekend.
Every player at RPCA follows a structured arc — from the fundamentals of grip and balance to a real, measured route toward district and state cricket.
01Ages 7–12Grip, stance, balance and a love for the game. Small groups, soft-ball to hard-ball progression, and the habits — punctuality, effort, respect — that make cricketers before runs do.

DIG Ground, Bariatu · RanchiNothing fancy — two turf & matting nets at DIG Ground in Bariatu, a bowling machine, and a coach watching every ball. What matters is the coaching, and that a school kid or a working student can still get a proper session in.
Two nets at DIG Ground, Bariatu — true bounce and enough volume to actually groove a change.
Programmable pace and length to groove a shot or drill a weakness, over after over.
Slow-motion breakdown of technique — see the flaw, then fix it in the same session.
A conditioning setup that builds the engine competitive cricket actually demands.
No borrowed drills off the internet. Coaching from people who've stood in the middle and know what the game asks of you.
